Born and raised around the family seafood business here on Maui and spending a decade in the heart of Washington State on the Hood Canal, a passion for Oysters was born. I've always found myself around the freshest Oysters and Northwest Shellfish. I'm here to share a passion for Oysters and highlight the connection between the local farmers who raise them on the tide flats of the West coast and to showcase them on one of the most magical places on earth on Maui. Having a culinary background of cooking in numerous restaurants, and as a private chef has polished my understanding and respect for how fresh oysters should be treated. I've shucked and eaten oysters my entire life and to be able to share that experience with others is what this passion is about.
